With a strong background in blockchain-enabled services, Andrew plays a pivotal role in connecting crowdfunding platforms worldwide. He leads the Steering Committee for GECA, the Global Equity Crowdfunding Alliance, whose membership spans more than 100 organisations globally, and is a director of the UK Crowdfunding Association. His expertise in building strategic alliances, fostering collaboration, and spearheading innovation ensures that Dacxi Chain's global network of partners continues to expand, creating the foundation for the future of cross-border crowdfunding.

As a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), Lawson’s credentials reflect an unwavering dedication to upholding financial integrity.

His profound expertise extends to the realm of tokenization regulations and operations, a specialization he has delved into since 2019. Dacxi benefits greatly from Lawson's insights and guidance, with him currently helming our global licensing and compliance divisions.

Neera Patel

Head of Product 

Neera Patel is a results-driven product leader with over 20 years of experience in fintech and payments, specialising in turning complex, regulated technology into products that reach global markets. At Dacxi Chain she leads product strategy and execution, building the compliant blockchain infrastructure that lets crowdfunding platforms tokenise assets, reach a broader international investor base, and unlock liquidity through secondary market solutions. Her focus is on using distributed ledger technology to democratise capital formation for smaller companies, while giving investors greater access, transparency and control over private market investments.

Before Dacxi Chain, Neera led digital currency product at R3, where she pioneered blockchain-based central-bank digital currency programmes for domestic and cross-border settlement, including the world's first live sovereign issuance of a digital currency for cross-border payments. Across her career at companies including Worldpay and R3, she has launched award-winning products in payments, digital assets and emerging fintech, and led globally distributed teams to deliver at scale. She also chairs the GECA AI Governance Task Force, shaping how AI governance standards are set across the global crowdfunding network.
