Craig Smith-Gander brings a wealth of experience in business, investment banking and capital raising, specialising in early-stage companies and ASX listings. His strategic oversight has helped growth-stage businesses secure funding and scale successfully. Beyond finance, Craig has held leadership roles across diverse industries, from transport and technology to national leadership in Surf Life Saving.
A graduate of the Royal Military College Duntroon, Craig’s military discipline and leadership have shaped his ability to navigate complex challenges. In recognition of his outstanding service to the surf life saving and cycling sectors, he was awarded the Australian Medal (AM) in 2021. Craig has been with Dacxi since founding and as Interim CEO and Non-Executive Chairman of Dacxi Chain, Craig’s expertise in corporate governance, strategic growth, and capital markets ensures that Dacxi Chain continues to lead the global evolution of equity crowdfunding.
