DACXI CHAIN

Dacxi Coin (DXI)

The native cryptocurrency of the Dacxi Chain ecosystem.

Dacxi Chain will solve crowdfunding’s number one problem, investor reach, by linking crowdfunding platforms together into a global, decentralised network, using blockchain and AI. This will unleash crowdfunding’s trillion-dollar potential. This unique ecosystem needs its own AppChain, the Dacxi Blockchain, fuelled by Dacxi Coin.

DACXI CHAIN

What is Dacxi Chain?

Dacxi has been developing its global crowdfunding network for several years, evolving the project as the crowdfunding, blockchain and AI sectors have been pioneered. The team is based in the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Brazil. The plan comes together in three stages, each one laying the ground for the next.

01

Platform foundation

Building trusted data foundations that prepare crowdfunding platforms for a global network.

Dacxi discovered that before a network could be built at scale, data foundations needed to become trusted and portable. Dacxi developed Ironstone, using AI and blockchain so data can be shared in a trusted way.

02

Network infrastructure

Building the infrastructure for a trusted, global cross-platform, cross-border network.

This includes deal sharing, investment workflows and regulatory compliance.

03

Global scale

With proven infrastructure, cross-platform deals and investments can scale exponentially: nationally, regionally and globally.

Network effects power the attraction of deals and investors. Transactions at scale justify a dedicated Dacxi Blockchain and Dacxi Coin, supported by transaction fees and node staking.

THE MARKET

A proven market, yet to reach its potential

Investment crowdfunding is a proven idea. It was pioneered through the 2010s, with dedicated regulation introduced in the UK in 2014, the United States in 2016, Australia in 2018 and the European Union in 2020, and hundreds of platforms now operate across these markets.

Since 2023, crowdfunding has been consolidating and evolving due to regulatory limitations, platform inefficiency and weak investor confidence. These are the problems being solved by AI and blockchain solutions, in this new age called Crowdfunding 2.0.

Helping develop Crowdfunding 2.0 is the Global Equity Crowdfunding Alliance (GECA), which confirms the industry’s desire for cross-platform, cross-border expansion to solve the investor reach problem: the ability to expose a deal to enough investors for it to succeed.

THE ASSET

What is Dacxi Coin (DXI)?

Dacxi Coin (DXI) is the native token of the Dacxi Chain ecosystem, a global, decentralised network of regulated crowdfunding platforms running on its own AppChain. It’s classified as a utility token, confirmed by two independent legal opinions prepared for exchange listings in the EU and Singapore.

Definition

The native cryptocurrency of the Dacxi Chain ecosystem. Classified as a utility token, not a security, confirmed by independent legal opinion.

2

Purpose

Created specifically for the Dacxi Chain ecosystem rather than as a general-purpose cryptocurrency, issued by GCF Technologies Pty Ltd, trading as Dacxi Chain.

3

Blockchain & supply

Currently an ERC-20 token on Ethereum. Ten billion coins have been issued, and will migrate to the dedicated Dacxi Blockchain as the network develops, while maintaining continuity for holders.

WHY DACXI

Why Dacxi Coin (DXI) is different

Most cryptocurrencies are designed for, or operate on, general-purpose blockchains such as Ethereum and Solana. These blockchains compete to attract applications that generate transactions, blockchain fees and demand for their native cryptocurrencies.

Dacxi Coin (DXI) takes a different approach. Rather than supporting thousands of unrelated applications, DXI is designed for a dedicated AppChain focused on one industry: global crowdfunding.

Crowdfunding has its own regulations, platforms, investment processes and compliance requirements. Dacxi Chain is being developed specifically for that ecosystem, allowing the blockchain to evolve around the needs of one industry instead of trying to serve every possible application.

As the Dacxi Chain network grows, increased transaction activity is expected to drive greater use of DXI across the ecosystem.

1

A rare kind of coin

As the coin behind a rare AppChain, Dacxi Coin's demand isn't based on a general-purpose blockchain appealing to any project. It's focused on the large crowdfunding sector.

2

A high bar to clear

Beyond having a genuine need, an industry also has to move enough volume to justify a dedicated blockchain. Very few ever meet both conditions.

3

Backed by real demand

Crowdfunding already moves tens of billions of dollars a year. That's existing demand, not a projection.

4

Still early

Ten billion coins are already in circulation, but the coin's real utility, and the scarcity that comes with it, will only build as the network scales.

VALUE DRIVERS

Three ways Dacxi Coin (DXI) is used

Dacxi Coin (DXI) is a utility token. Its value comes from demand, created by the three use cases below.

1

Transaction fees

Once the Dacxi Blockchain is live, DXI will be used to pay transaction fees on the network. The exact fee structure will be set once it's handling real regional volume.

2

Validator staking

A global network of crowdfunding platforms requires the staking of writing and validation nodes to secure and operate the blockchain.

3

Governance

DXI is used in the governance of the Dacxi Blockchain and decisions in the ecosystem.

MOMENTUM

What's already happening

Progress so far, ahead of the network’s global scale-up.

1

V1 Platform Built

The V1 platform is built and live, the foundation the network scales from.

2

First Cross-Platform Deal

Dacxi Chain has conducted its first cross-platform, cross-border deal, proving the model works in practice.

3

First EU Network Building

The first regional network of crowdfunding platforms is taking shape across the EU.

4

Platform Trust Layer

Rolling out Ironstone's AI and blockchain verification tools to give platforms a shared foundation of trust.

Ongoing

Supporting GECA. Dacxi backs the Global Equity Crowdfunding Alliance, now spanning more than 100 organisations worldwide.
